Ottora is a manufacturer specializing in the production of laser beauty machines in China. Founded in 2003, our factory covers an area of 10, 000 square meters, consisting of Research & Development (R&D), Quality Control, Human Resources, Sales and Comprehensive Department.

Research & Development is the core department consisting of software and hardware team. We have got 146 patents with our own intellectual property rights in technology, software, designing and etc.

The management of the quality department includes product designing, producing, testing, authentication, sales and improvement. Weekly meeting for quality events helps us summarize, analyze and improve ourselves. Comprehensive quality management constantly improves the quality of products.

The warehouse products are managed by QR code, which will accompany the accessories permanently, and provide information for the operating of the accessory, tracking and maintenance.

All the core accessories are independently designed, produced and tested in our factory, including hand pieces, connectors, electro magnetic compatibility modules, power supplies, control boards, and etc.

Every accessory gets tested before warehousing. Only qualified accessories can enter warehouse and be labeled with QR code, the unique identity including all the process and testing data.

All the machines adopts metal structure, reasonable construction and safe transportation. The accessories are international superior brand, which ensures the quality and stability of using.

During the assembling process, the in-process QC team regularly checks the standard operation procedure, tools and materials. Make sure the assembling process is correct and ordered.

Finished machine gets comprehensive inspections around 60 terms, including tests of electric current leaking, electro magnetic compatibility, program, frequency, energy, and etc. Every test data will be recorded in the QR code system.

The whole machine gets 48 hours aging test before shipping. Make sure the machine is in safe and stable condition.
